What we can bring to the site

Festival staging and structures

Our mobile trailer stage has 8m x 6m and compact 8m x 4m configurations. We plan the performance layout around artist access, backline, audience sightlines and the space needed for lighting and PA positions.

Delivery routes, vehicle movements and roof rigging are considered before the build. Extensions and catwalks can be discussed for suitable sites, with the structure, loading and additional equipment confirmed in the quotation.

Festival stage hire

Festival sound production

Sound planning starts with the audience area and the acts. Live bands, DJs and presenters need different stage inputs, microphones, monitors and front-of-house control positions.

Send artist riders, stage plots and input lists when available. We coordinate the agreed PA equipment, specialist sound suppliers and crew, with soundchecks and changeovers built into the production schedule.

Festival lighting production

We design lighting around the stage, performance programme and the look you want to create. Fixture positions, moving lights, lighting control and rigging are planned together so the system can support bands, DJs and show cues.

Our project work includes MA lighting control, programming and live operation. Equipment can be supplied through technical partners, with sourcing and responsibilities set out clearly before the event.

Festival video and LED screens

A 7m x 4m mobile LED screen can relay performer close-ups to people further back, alongside sponsor graphics, performance visuals and event information. Live camera relay is often called IMAG: image magnification for the audience.

We agree camera positions, video switching, playback sources and connections with the production team. Screen placement and cable routes are planned alongside the stage and public areas.

Event power and distribution

We plan the technical power requirements around the stage, sound, lighting and video package. That includes suitable mains or generator arrangements, distribution, cable routes and connections between suppliers.

Working areas and public routes need to remain practical throughout the event. We discuss load requirements, access, refuelling and appropriate contingency arrangements with the responsible site and electrical teams.

Technical crew and show operation

One agreed schedule connects supplier arrivals, setup, technical checks, rehearsals, artist changeovers and the live programme. We coordinate the technical scope with your event team and bring in suitable specialist crew where required.

Lighting and video operation, show-day support and final load-out are quoted around the programme. Your quotation identifies the equipment, people and responsibilities included.

Special effects

Tell us the show moments and visual effects you have in mind. We can plan and source suitable options with approved specialist suppliers, subject to availability and the production budget.

Venue suitability, permissions, risk assessment, operating positions and technical requirements must be agreed before effects are included in the show.

Experience on the ground

A production plan that fits the real site.

Our completed projects include narrow park access in Alsager, a T-shaped performance layout at Ashfield Show and wider site-power and video coordination at Southern Uprising. That experience informs the questions we ask before equipment arrives.

We work with your existing suppliers, agree who is responsible for each system and keep the technical brief clear throughout planning. From Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire to Leicestershire, the East and West Midlands and suitable projects across mainland UK, start with your venue and programme.

What would you like us to provide?

Festival production questions

Can you provide a complete festival technical package?

Yes. We bring stage, sound, lighting, power, video and technical crew into one agreed production plan. Tell us about your site, audience, programme and budget so we can propose the right equipment and staffing.

What should we tell you about the acts?

Include the types of acts, approximate line-up and any changeovers: for example live bands, DJs, acoustic performers, dance groups or presenters. Artist technical riders, stage plots and input lists help us plan sound, lighting, stage space and crew.

Can we include special effects?

Select Special effects in the enquiry and describe the look or moments you want to create. We will discuss suitable options and specialist support, subject to the venue, permissions, safety requirements and production budget.

Can you work with equipment or suppliers we already have?

Yes. Tell us what is already booked and who is responsible for it. We can quote for the remaining technical requirements and agree connections, power, schedules and responsibilities with your other suppliers.

Can you set up the day before and collect the day after?

We can plan this where availability and site access allow. Include your preferred build and load-out days in the form, along with access restrictions and any overnight site arrangements. The agreed schedule will be included in the quotation.

What do you need to prepare a festival production quote?

Start with the event location and dates, expected audience, types of acts, equipment needed and an outline budget. Include existing suppliers, preferred setup and load-out times, and overnight arrangements. A site plan and technical riders help us confirm the scope.

What stage sizes can you provide?

Our trailer stage has 8m x 6m and compact 8m x 4m configurations. We check the programme, artist space, access and audience layout before recommending a format. Extensions or catwalks are discussed and quoted separately where suitable.

Can you arrange sound, lighting and video together?

Yes. We coordinate the agreed systems and their connections within one technical plan. Some equipment and specialist services are sourced through suitable technical partners; the quotation sets out the package and responsibilities.

Can you supply technical crew and work with artist riders?

Yes. Send the technical riders, stage plots, input lists and changeover schedule. We plan the required skills and operating positions, including suitable specialist crew for the agreed equipment and show programme.

Can you provide generators and power distribution?

We can plan and source suitable power arrangements for the technical package. Share the available mains supply, site plan and other suppliers' requirements so the responsible electrical team can agree capacity, distribution and safe cable routes.

Can an LED screen be supplied alongside the stage?

Yes. Our 7m x 4m mobile screen can be planned beside the stage for live camera relay, sponsor graphics and event information. Access for both trailers, viewing positions, power and video connections need to be agreed.

Can you support multi-day festivals?

Yes, subject to equipment and crew availability. We plan the build, daily programme, overnight arrangements and final load-out around your site schedule. Include each event day and preferred access dates in your enquiry.

How much does festival technical production cost?

Festival production is quoted to the brief rather than a fixed package price. Audience coverage, artist requirements, equipment, crew, power, access and hire length affect the cost. Share your technical budget so we can propose an achievable scope.

Which areas do you cover?

We work across Derby and Derbyshire, the East and West Midlands, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, with suitable festival projects throughout mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Tell us the venue and dates so logistics and availability can be assessed.
