Essential Cookies

The admin area and public enquiry forms use an essential first-party session cookie named heath_admin. It keeps the admin login session working and stores a temporary spam-check question for form submissions. It is not used for advertising.

First-Party Analytics

The public website uses first-party analytics to understand page views, popular services, approximate visitor locations and time on page. It does not set a public analytics cookie and is separate from Google Ads conversion tracking.

Google Ads Marketing Cookies

The Google Ads tag AW-18241028744 loads on every page using Advanced Consent Mode. All four consent states (advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation and analytics storage) are denied by default. Before a cookie choice, and with essential-only consent, Google can receive cookieless measurements such as consent status and browser, device and page information. Cookieless does not mean that no data is sent to Google.

Advertising cookies remain disabled unless you accept marketing cookies. With marketing consent, our conversion tracking measures successful stage hire and contact enquiries and configured telephone and email link clicks. Contact details and enquiry text are not included in these conversion events. A temporary reference stored in this browser tab allows an interrupted form conversion to retry for up to 24 hours using the same enquiry ID.

Remembering Your Choice

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage under heath_cookie_consent_v2. This preference is not an advertising cookie. With marketing consent, randomly generated enquiry references are stored locally and sent to Google as transaction IDs to help prevent the same confirmed enquiry being counted again after a rerender or refresh. They do not contain your contact details.

Managing Cookies

Use Cookie settings in the website footer to choose essential-only or marketing cookies. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the admin area or public enquiry forms from working correctly.
