You provide the appropriately licensed film or show and arrange screening rights, venue and event permissions. Agree the source with us in advance; a household subscription and untested internet connection are not a public-screening plan.
Seating, toilets, catering, stewarding and other audience facilities are your responsibility unless separately agreed. Plan weather contingencies with the venue and event team.

The technical package includes the 7m x 4m LED screen, PA, playback equipment, generator and screen technician, with setup, operation and collection. The calculator includes delivery for your postcode and schedule and sizes the sound package for your selected audience band.
What do we need to arrange?
You arrange the venue, screening rights, licensed film or show, event permissions and audience facilities. Seating, toilets, catering, stewarding and access management remain your responsibility unless separately agreed. We agree the playback source and technical plan before the screening.
Is outdoor cinema suitable for schools and community events?
Yes. We can plan technical packages for school and PTA film nights, council programmes, community screenings and corporate events. Tell us the audience, age range, venue and film schedule so viewing and sound can be planned.
Can we screen a film before dark?
The outdoor LED display works for daytime and evening programmes. We discuss ambient light, viewing distance and the screen position when planning your screening.
How do we choose the audience size?
Choose the band covering your expected attendance. It helps us plan PA coverage; venue capacity, seating layout and sightlines are assessed separately. Contact us if your event is larger than the available bands.
Can you show sponsors or welcome slides before the film?
Yes. Send approved slides and videos in advance and agree the running order with the technician. We can include welcome messages, sponsor content and event notices around the screening.
Can we use a streaming subscription?
Agree the licensed source and playback format with us first. A household subscription does not automatically grant public screening rights, and venue internet may not support reliable playback. The organiser arranges the relevant permissions.
Can we run a multi-day outdoor cinema?
Yes, subject to availability and site suitability. Enter the full hire period, then share the daily programme, overnight security and access arrangements. The quotation confirms the crew and equipment schedule.
How much does outdoor cinema hire cost?
Use the cinema calculator with your audience band, dates and postcode for a guide price covering the technical package and logistics. Describe any additional AV separately. A quotation does not secure a booking until the agreed deposit and booking terms are satisfied.
What happens in bad weather?
We agree an operating and contingency plan around the site and equipment limits. Severe weather can affect the technical setup and audience safety. You arrange audience facilities and site decisions with the relevant event team.
