A bigger view
Heath Technologies provides a 7m x 4m trailer-mounted outdoor LED screen for festivals, concerts, sporting events, community events and advertising across mainland UK. Its 28-square-metre display shows live camera relay, video playback, sponsor content and event information.
We handle delivery and setup from our Midlands base, with optional sound, generator power and a screen technician. Use your own agreed HDMI source for straightforward playback, or build a managed live-video package with us.
Your event, your package
A 7m x 4m LED screen, with the equipment and support your event needs.
An integrated mobile display
The screen travels as one integrated system, with fewer separate display components to build at the venue than a conventional modular installation. Our team handles delivery, positioning and setup before handing over your agreed source or running the programme with a screen tech.
Adjustable height and screen orientation help us plan the display around your viewing area. Suitable vehicle access, stabiliser space and ground conditions are checked for the site; setup times depend on the location and equipment package.
Combine the screen with trailer stage hireThe equipment and site plan
A practical starting point for your production brief. We confirm the final site layout, connections and equipment requirements before delivery.
Trailer dimensions are approximate planning references, not a final access drawing. Share your site plan for confirmation.
Different content, one large display
Relay performer close-ups to people further from the stage, then switch to sponsor graphics, running orders and announcements between acts. Plan the camera relay, stage and screen together.
Festival technical productionCreate a shared viewing area for football, rugby and other live sport, with optional commentary PA and power. Agree your licensed feed and connection before the programme starts.
Big screen hire for sporting eventsUse the mobile video wall for sponsor advertising, corporate promotions and showground content. Timetables, site maps and visitor announcements keep the display useful throughout the day, alongside your essential site signage.
Discuss an advertising or information screenBuild a film programme around a large outdoor LED display for daytime or evening viewing. Our separate cinema package brings together the screen, sound, generator, playback and technician.
Complete outdoor cinema hireFor straightforward playback, we configure the screen and show you how to connect your compatible laptop or media player. Run your own videos, slides or advertising playlist after handover.
Send the source details before the event. We agree the output format, audio connection and cable route; SDI feeds require suitable processing within the agreed package.
Add a technician to manage live camera switching, multiple sources, video playback and timed sponsor content. We can also agree a handover to your experienced production team.
The technician option covers content operation during the event. Our delivery team handles the trailer setup in every standard screen hire.
Build your LED screen packageShare vehicle restrictions, gates, turning space and a site plan. We need firm, level ground, stabiliser clearance and a separated working area.
Agree sightlines and viewing distances alongside overhead obstacles, public routes and the screen's working height.
Confirm the supply and distribution plan, then protect video, audio and power routes around working and public areas. A generator can be quoted.
Operating limits and site conditions guide the deployment. Wind or severe weather may require a change or pause, so discuss your contingency plan in advance.
Bring your audience closer
Live camera relay, also called IMAG, shows performer close-ups to people further back. Our optional three-camera BirdDog P200 PTZ package uses remotely controlled cameras, with positions and switching agreed for your show. Add a screen tech for managed playback and live switching, or integrate with your experienced production team.
Camera positions, weather protection and signal routes are planned for each site.
Add live camerasSound for your audience
Choose compact speakers for background sound, a medium floor-stack system for a more focused audience, or flown PA for wider coverage. We match the layout to your site and programme, from commentary and presentations to a full event soundtrack.
The display is 7m wide and 4m high: 28 square metres, with an approximately 317-inch diagonal. Its picture area is around 34 times that of a standard 55-inch, 16:9 TV. The top can reach approximately 7.2m, with the working height chosen for your site and audience.
The display travels on an integrated trailer and is raised into position on site. A conventional modular wall is assembled from separate cabinets onto a suitable structure. Our trailer needs vehicle access and stabiliser space, but reduces the separate display construction required at the venue.
Yes. The outdoor LED display can be used for daytime and evening events. We plan its position, viewing distance and content around the ambient light and audience rather than relying on darkness for projection.
Yes, for agreed HDMI playback after our setup and handover. Send the laptop or media-player details in advance so we can check the video format, audio route and cable length. SDI feeds can be accommodated through suitable processing agreed for the event.
Our optional live camera package uses three BirdDog P200 remotely controlled PTZ cameras. Live camera relay, also called IMAG, puts close-ups of performers on the screen for people further back. Agree camera positions, switching and operation with us before booking.

Yes. Use approved sponsor graphics, promotional videos, timetables, site maps and organiser announcements. We agree the content format and viewing position; the screen supports rather than replaces essential site safety signs.
We deliver across mainland England, Scotland and Wales from our Midlands base. Enter your event postcode for logistics pricing, then tell us about access restrictions and the planned programme.
Enter your dates, times and delivery postcode, then choose your equipment extras. The guide price accounts for the hire period, delivery, setup and collection. Additional AV or complex site requirements need a tailored quotation. A price or quotation does not reserve the date; booking terms and the agreed deposit apply.
The screen operates within its approved equipment and site limits. Wind, ground conditions or severe weather can require a lower working height, a pause or a change to the plan. Discuss contingencies with us before the event; operation in every weather condition cannot be guaranteed.
