Terms Of Business

Please read these terms before accepting a quotation or paying a deposit. They cover our stage hire, event production, technical services, equipment hire and related work. Any different arrangements must be agreed in writing.

Quotes And Bookings

Any event work, stage hire or technical service is only confirmed once the scope, price, dates, responsibilities and any required terms are agreed directly with Heath Technologies Limited.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no booking, date or equipment allocation is secured until a 20% deposit of the total quotation value has been received in cleared funds. The remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before our first scheduled arrival on site, or any earlier delivery, load-in, collection or event date.

Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of the relevant quotation and our Terms and Conditions of Business. This does not affect your statutory rights. The full document and any agreed written special conditions govern the booking.

Images, text and branding on this website belong to Heath Technologies Limited or are used with permission. They must not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
