WiseFest Corporate Festival Stage 2024

WiseFest required a clean, fully branded festival structure in a rural corporate-event setting. HeathTech delivered the 8m x 6m trailer stage through a farmyard access route, installed the top and side banners while the roof was lowered, and handed over a signed-off stage ready for the technical team the next day.

Project overview

A stage plan built around the event and its site.

The three-day corporate festival included live bands and needed a stage that felt specific to the event rather than a plain hired structure. A full-width top banner and two tall side graphics turned the stage into a branded focal point, while the 8m x 6m deck provided a conventional main-stage area for the later sound and lighting installation.

HeathTech's scope covered the trailer stage and branding rig. The stage was completed as its own work package, allowing the client's technical team to arrive the following day with the primary structure already checked and ready to receive equipment.

HeathTech scope

What was supplied and managed.

Site and access

Working with the conditions on the ground.

The grass event field was reached through a working farmyard rather than a purpose-built production entrance. Festoon lighting crossed parts of the approach overhead, so the route had to be considered in three dimensions: there needed to be enough ground width for the trailer and enough clearance above it while folded and during the move into position.

Delivery and setup

A practical route from arrival to show-ready.

The vehicle route was checked through the farmyard and beneath the overhead festoon before the trailer was committed to the field. Once on its mark, the stage was levelled and the roof raised only part way, keeping the top banner and side-branding installation at a manageable working height.

The stage and additional branding work took approximately two and a half hours. After final checks, the completed structure was signed off and handed to the client, ready for the separate technical team to begin its sound and lighting setup the next day.

The result

The completed event setup.

The organiser received a complete branded stage before the technical build began, so the production team could work from a finished structure rather than sharing the same setup window. The top and side graphics gave the rural site a clear event identity, and the planned farmyard route allowed the full-size 8m x 6m stage to reach the field safely.
